Grant S. Chavin, MD, attended the University of Illinois College of Medicine from Chicago, IL, and received his medical degree in 2005. He then served his internship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, where he also conducted his residency in urology (2006-2009). In addition, Dr. Chavin received board certification in urology from the American Board of Urology. He remains in good standing with the North Central Section of the American Urological Association, the American Urological Association, and the Endourological Society. He completed his undergraduate education, i.e., his Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular, Cellular, Developmental Biology at the prestigious Yale University in Connecticut. Over the years, Dr. Chavin has been recognized with multiple honors, including the Compassionate Doctor Recognition (2011, 2014- -2018), the Patients’ Choice Award (2011, 2015-2018), the On-Time Doctor Award (2015, 2018), the Patients’ Choice 5th Anniversary Award (2020), and the Compassionate Doctor Award – 5 Year Honoree (2020).
